Culmination of the investigation

The police are gone, and the gaslighting tape is on its way out. This platform, including the founder, Maxwell Clark Scheibner, was under investigation for child-on-child sexual abuse. What actually happened is more complex than what I was accused of. 

A report of possible future child-on-child rape against a cousin of mine was made to the City of Reading Police Department. Then, when the father of a cousin of mine, Gina Scheibner, attempted to make a report of sexual harassment against his daughter by me, which did happen, the police accused my cousin of denying the "fact" that she was "raped" by me. In reality, the secular statute in question was not rape, but summary harassment, but since summary harassment has a statute of limitations of 90 days, there was nothing to charge me with, and so the investigation ran out, and I was found not guilty.

However, I am guilty in terms of moral laws. Adult sexual entitlement is defined under Christian law as, officially speaking, sexual wants from children, to the point of sexually motivated approach. I did walk up to Gina. I did freshen her up on the sides of her budding breasts (she was 12), and try to hug her from behind. Because she perceived my entitled approach, it was fornication, making me a sex offender in the moral tense. If you have my values, the term "sexual offense" encompasses more than what is entailed under the secular law. Anyone who commits fornication in any of its forms is a sex offender, and once charged, is a sex offender for life, even if the offense is forgiven by God. Fornication is blasphemy, and is regarded by God as worse than murder.

What the police could have done differently was simply send a patrol officer to my door, and warn my mother about the concerns of Gina's father. The reason why the police overreacted was that a man in my family, Robert E. Hall, made a false and fraudulent report that crossed the instincts of the police, making me look like a credible target. Here in Berks County, we have predator police, and those police are promised a rape if they catch the right offender. Basically, the substance of the report, to my knowledge, made a small thing look capable of big things. 

The investigation is over, and Opposing Parental Entitlement is here to stay. I cooperated with the investigation. I encourage all parents and other adults being investigated by the authorities to cooperate and fork over the evidence, and then gauge the gratitude of the authorities for obtaining that evidence. Defending yourself makes it harder for the authorities to figure out if you are innocent or guilty. So, just fork over the evidence.
