Is my child a pedophile?: How to spot pedophilia in children (and what to do)

 Many parents don't want to even think that their child might have pedophilic disorder. However, pedophilia is a pediatric disorder. The most impacted pedophiles by mental health stigma against pedophiles. Pedophilia is a disorder best treated early, namely in the teen years when it is first discovered by the affected child.

There isn't a list of signs, as much as instructing parents who pedophiles actually are. They aren't the monsters that appear to your children - those are child sexual abusers. Pedophilia refers to a specific behavioral issue that exists at the highest and lowest levels of the child's mind, at the parent level. Clients do not need to be male, and counting the tiles meaning accounts of VirPed, quite a few pedophiles are female.

Pedophilia is a hormonal imbalance in the brain of a child, usually triggered by the onset of puberty, like a whole host of other genetic disorders that affect children, such as childhood bipolar or psychosis. Sometimes, it is triggered younger by some life event, usually an abusive event.

A boy, once hitting puberty, is attracted to peers his same age, and then those several years younger. A pedophile stays at this stage in childhood, where they are sexually immature and attracted to the same age children they were in grade school. They may have immaturity issues, autism spectrum issues, and anger issues that are immature in nature.

Do you have a family history of pedophilia? It is a disorder with genetic markers close to autism, mood disorders, and traumatic disorders. All of these things can either be part of the cause of the disorder, or else amplify the expression of the disorder.

Pedophilic children need to be listened to, and learn self-control, from a parent first. It says in Ephesians 6:4 KJV:

And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to anger, but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

The Greek root word translated "nurture" is παιδεία (Latin: paideia) and refers to co-regulation. Pedophilia, in your child, is biology telling them to do the opposite of what you do to them, so don't spank them. Model non-violence and self-control to your children, and listen to them when they have a "kid crush" to talk about. How was it with me? Train cars, with my mother waiting patiently for the caboose. It was love from afar, yet she felt like the closest person to me next to my mother! It is a usually a romantic fixation backed up by sexuality. Being a parent of such a child might be a bit like waiting at 7th and Penn here in Reading for the train to pass. My parents were good, patient listeners. Listening should promote self-control and self-discipline in relation to younger children in the pedophilic child, and should be reflective in nature, in a way that the child is on their own to find their own answers. The Greek root word translated "admonition" here is νουθεσία (Latin: nouthesia) and refers to boundaries imposed directly by a parent, and can include logical consequences such as removing a child from an offensive situation, or forbidding a pedophilic child from visiting a child that finds the older child to be a treat.

PEDOPHILE =/= ABUSER

PEDOPHILE =/= MONSTER

PEDOPHILE = ABUSE VICTIM/SURVIVOR
