What to do about temper tantrums

All children have them. Most adults do not know what to do about temper tantrums. They are often punished as "defiant" and "spiteful". However,, I am not bothered by a child throwing a temper tantrum, and side with the child more than the parent.

The Tenth Commandment against entitlement is denoted by the Greek root word πλεονέκτης (Latin: pleonektés) and refers to not only wanting things from child, but wanting things to the point of seeking to impose said want onto a child, leading to theft/abuse in the form of damages. It says in Colossians 3:21 KJV:

Fathers, provoke not your children, lest they become discouraged.

The Greek root word translated "provoke...to anger" is ερεθιζο and literally translates to "stir up" or "upbraid" refers to damages, namely the slightest of slights committed against the child target/victim by a parent. This can include dereliction of parental duties in terms of attachment needs when a child is angry or frustrated.

When a child is having a tantrum, they need to be listened to in some way, shape, or form. This form of listening is what we call a sounding board, meaning reflective listening. They need to have a parent submit themselves to their child as a projectile board, in some cases even a punching bag. Let the child beat the parent into oblivion, if necessary, with the parent being selfless enough to listen to the child's helpless blows.

Parental love for a child is pro-social self-crucifixion, meaning you literally take up the cross for your child, degrading yourself and your own image to be beneath a child, in a way that promotes and furthers the child's interests, needs, and rights. It is tearing yourself down, while building up the child at your expense. It is being convicted of one's sin nature in relation to children, just as mankind is guilty in relation to God, and must pay penance for his sin against his master. Every child is the master of his/her parents, and, especially in the first five years, uses a parent like putty to get what they need, or at least this should be the way things should be in every American home...A good, loving, gentle parent would submit to at least risk of death for his/her children.

The depraved and entitled punitive and permissive parents alike will never be accepted, even though much of this parenting is acceptable! Let the parents who identify by their abuse suffer the second death, prepared for Satan and his angels! Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!
