Can a pedophile be a parent?

As far as identification goes, any adult can be flagged and identified as a parent, and monitored as such. We are talking now lower-level parents, meaning those implied and not identified. All implied parents are the true, good parents, who don't brag or boast about themselves, but can get a bit personal about how they view their child when brought aside for questioning.

I want my child to exist, meaning exist right in front of me, perhaps in showy attire, perhaps a swimsuit or even less! I want her to be herself, and not hide anything of herself from me, or else there is something wrong with me to not get her trust. I want her to hate me if I do wrong, and love me if I do good for her, and be the police as to what her needs are, bringing me to full submission to said needs, like a ragdoll being driven and dragged about.

I like young girls who aren't afraid to be their true selves, without adult interference, with me shutting down that adult interference, and shutting up punitive adults, hopefully with the law, being the selfless and encouraging adult that I never met as a child.
