Tolerance: Why this conservative principle applies to children

I hate children, and I admit it, and I work against it. I am tolerant of children. I don't accept any human being blindly, but am to be tolerant of others, friends or foe.

Christian love for one's child is denoted by the Greek root word αγαπαο (Latin: agapao) and has a component of tolerance, which is a founding value of this country. Biblical love is based on the concept of submission to the needs of your neighbor, meaning your child in this case. This can mean "leave me be" mutual submission, where both neighbors agree "don't tread on me".

I assume that a child is automatically saying the same thing to me. She doesn't notice me, and that's all she feels about me - "don't tread on me". So, I don't tread on the child's civil liberties. There are certain age limits that we need, such as the age of consent. But why 18 to divorce your parents' religion - yes, that IS a court order here in the United States. I may not approve of my child's faith values, but I'll still love them as long as they hurt nobody.

Live and let live, as long as you harm none. Submission to others often means absence of input or influence, because I don't have all the answers. Who does? God. God from Above knows all, and shares none to me about the other person, so assume nothing.

Children can do whatever they want, as long as it harms none, and I judge no child. I judge the parents who lead and impose that example on a child.

3. Contains self-entitled parent rhetoric, to the point of self-victimization

will not be published. Flexible application. Debate is allowed, but only civil arguments that presume the best of intentions in their opponent, on both sides.

The word "no": Why children need to hear the word "no" seldom (meaning almost never)
