Most of American society wants to prevent child sexual abuse. 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys will be raped or sexually assaulted before their 18th birthday. Most people blindly blame pedophiles for the sexual abuse of children. The fact of the matter is that every single adult is guilty for the child sexual abuse epidemic, as any adult is capable of sexually abusing a child under the right/wrong conditions.
Every single adult is guilty merely for existing in relation to children, and is deserving of nothing but DEATH and PUNISHMENT merely for existing in relation to children and the God that protects them. An adult is deserving of absolutely nothing from children, for every single adult has a depraved and decadent sin nature in relation to children. All adults are capable of the moral crime of child sexual abuse, under the right/wrong conditions. Adults need to gauge under which conditions will they abuse children sexually, and avoid those conditions using righteous avoidance.
In order to become aware of your risk towards children, you need to indulge in masturbatory fantasy about children. If you are averse to finding children attractive, then you are at-risk for sexually abusing a child, and you will do that under the right/wrong conditions, which you are unaware of due to your unwillingness to explore your child fantasies.
Most child sexual abuse occurs in sexually repressed environments, where the adult perpetrator of sexual abuse is him/herself sexually repressed in relation to children. They were unwilling to explore their child fantasies. When someone like that imprints on a child sexually, they fight back their sexual drives, and keep fighting them back, until they spill over onto the child. If the sex offender chose to masturbate instead of repressing their sexual desires, they wouldn't be in that mess.
Whenever you as an adult get a crush on a child, which could happen, the idea is to face those sexual thoughts about your child crush head on, following those sexual thoughts to end through masturbatory fantasy. Unless you are a pedophile, you should hit a dead end, where the fantasy ceases to be interesting. You'd know if you were a pedophile because adults wouldn't interest you sexually much, as a pedophile is an individual with a primary or exclusive sexual preference for children. Pedophiles are at very low risk for sexually abusing a child because they are constantly reminded of their desires. Therefore, the word "pedophile" is a misnomer that needs to go. The words "pedophile" and "pedophilia" are not medical excuses for abuse of any kind.
The Greek root word denoting lust and inordinate affections in the Bible is επιθυμέω (Latin: epithumeo) and refers not to ordinary sexual desire, but to sexual entitlement, and in the case of child sexual abuse, adult sexual entitlement. Adult sexual entitlement is defined as, officially speaking, sexual want towards children, to the point of sexually motivated approach. Regarding lust, the sin line isn't at masturbation, but at taking the first steps to approach an attraction figure for sexual or flirtatious reasons. It is a complete myth that masturbation is a sin, and that belief has both kept down pedophiles and enabled child sexual abuse.
The depraved and decadent, defiled parents/adults who defiled themselves next to children through rape or sexual assault will not inherit the Kingdom of God! Let them descend into torrents of Hell-fire! Repent!
