Pornography viewership in children: How to instill Christian anti-pornography values in children

Most parents in America still don't want their children to view pornography. A few parents here and there allow their children to access pornography. The fact of the matter is that the existence of pornography is a crime against God. Producing or distributing pornography of any kind is prohibited under Divine Codified Jurisprudence. Viewing and patronizing pornography, in and of itself, is a form of sexual impropriety, as it gives credence to a source undeserving of such praise.

It says in Ephesians 5:4 KJV:

Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.

The Greek root word translated "jesting" is ευτραπλία (Latin: eutrapelia) and refers to any sexually-oriented expression with willful or reckless intent to arose, alarm, or offend others, leading to offense in others. Pornography is sexually entitled expression in this regard, as it has clear intent to arouse others. Any Christian in possession of pornography, in the Early Church, be it a pornographic statue or erotic fiction, had their material confiscated by the church elders, with the pornography user being forced to name the sources where they received the pornography. The church member smuggling the pornography into the church was excommunicated based on this moral statute. Simply having pornography in your possession wasn't a moral crime, meaning it wasn't a Hell-able offense, but most Christians hated pornography so much they didn't patronize that source. Pornography was loosely defined in biblical times, meaning any sexually-oriented speech or expression that offended others was seen as pornography. If someone was offended by your sexual remark, an apology led to forgiveness, as long as the apology was genuine, meaning the topic wasn't broached again with that person.

It is a myth that masturbation is a sin in and of itself. The Greek root word translated "lust" and "inordinate affections" is επιθυμέω (Latin: epithumeo). This word does not refer to ordinary sexual desire, but instead sexual desire in a man to the point of taking the first steps to approach a woman for sexual purposes. Any approach of a woman that she ends up perceiving is fornication, as denoted by the Greek root word πορνεία (Latin: porneia). Fornication is sexual interaction with a woman stemming from sexual entitlement, with sexual entitlement being evidenced as sexual want, to the point of approach. It is okay to look the look, and think the think. It is not okay to approach the approach, or do the deed. Masturbation was seen in biblical times as a healthy way to deal with sexual thoughts, meaning it was seen then that controlling sexual thoughts required acknowledging them in solo masturbation. Children in biblical times masturbated as young as age 3, and they never regretted it. It was seen as normal to masturbate in biblical times, meaning even children fantasized about same-age peers or even adults without shame or embarrassment.

Pornography viewership is an addiction in most cases. Children and teens addicted to pornography have a sex addiction at the lowest level. What can a parent do to alleviate the symptoms of the addiction? The first step is to set up a firewall to block the pornography from showing up in search engines. Pornography blocking software can block all access to pornography on a child's computer. The next step is to redirect your child to solo masturbation without pornography. The actual desire isn't for the images themselves, but for the sexual desire itself, period. Instruct your child to masturbate instead to an image they remember, but without the image being up. Eventually, the habit will be redirected to solo masturbation without pornography, which is the healthiest form of masturbation there is.

There is more to life than pornography, even in the world of masturbatory fantasies. Why not simply check out the girl at the local swimming area, and take the memory home with you? That actually is not sin at all, and if you do it enough, your attractions become more connotational and less driven. Sexual expression of any kind then becomes a choice and not an urge. Children should not have access to pornography at all. Masturbation is healthy and normal. Pornography is wicked and evil. So, teach children to masturbate without pornography. Pornography comes from Satan, who seeks to cater to our sinful nature of mankind, including the sinful nature of children. It is up to parents to protect their children from the addictive effects of pornography.

Punishment and controlling demeanor towards children does not stop them from looking at pornography. Instead of punishing them, simply cut off their supply, and redirect them elsewhere. It says in Colossians 3:21 KJV:

Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged.

The Greek root word translated "provoke...to anger" is ερεθιζο (Latin: erethizo) and refers to damages or offenses, namely the slightest of personal offense perceived by the child in an exchange, including, but not limited to, the slightest of offensive touch or speech perceived by the child, coming from entitlement. This commandment was intended by the Apostle Paul, and understood in its original context, as a moral statute prohibiting all forms of punitive parenting, including any punishment or controlling demeanor towards a child. In the Old Testament, punitive parents were put to death by way of bloodletting, after punishing their children too many times, and receiving many warnings that their parenting habits were out of compliance with the Law. Parents who punished their children were charged with kidnapping, with "kidnapping" being defined under the Law as the slightest of damage or offense stemming from hostage-taking - child punishment then was seen as holding your child hostage merely for things they did wrong. Paul was lifting up the Law for a group of Greek Christian parents who brought their pagan custom of spanking and punishing children into the church. No such parenting custom existed among the Early Christians, as the Early Church mandated attachment parenting under church ordinance.

Pornography should not exist. God hates the mere existence of pornography, deeming it obscenity. The Christian should hate pornography enough never to view it. The sex industry needs to go, as pornography is the documentation of legalized sexual exploitation of women. What woman in her right mind would show herself off to countless men around the world? Children especially should be kept away from pornography.

The depraved and entitled parents who provoke children to anger through punitive parenting will not inherit the Kingdom of God! Let them forever be cast into the lake of fire and burning sulfur, which is the second death prepared for Satan and his accomplices! Let them descend into the abyss which is the ever-burning Hell of fire and torment, suffering God's Wrath forever and ever! Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!

Parent anger: Why not to get angry at your child

Many parents think that they are deserving of things from children. This is a common attitude amongst American parents. Most American parent...
