Pro-social deification, pro-social child worship: Why the Bible commands this

Many parents think of their children as belonging to them, with parents playing the role of "God" in the family home. Most parents refuse to understand that children are an extension of God, meaning a sign of God in the family home.

It says in Matthew 25:45-46 KJV:

Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not unto the least of these, ye did it not unto me. And these shall go into everlasting punishment: and the righteous unto eternal life.

Children are the "least of these", thus extensions of God. Children in ancient Israel and adjoining cultures were seen as next to God, meaning signs of God in terms of their needs. Children were deified in Jesus' and Paul's Jewish culture, meaning seen as holy and godly, meaning they were convicting for their vulnerable status, with parents being struck in reverent fear and terror in the needs and interests of their children.

It says in Colossians 3:20-21 KJV:

Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord. Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they become discouraged.

The Greek root word translated "obey" is υπακουο (Latin: hupakouo) and refers to rest and trust in the love and grace, just as adult believers rest and trust in the love and grace of Lord Jesus Christ. Replace "obey" with "trust" and you roughly come to a better translation. This refers to secure trust in parents borne out of maternal warmth and sustenance, meaning attachment parenting. Children could tell parents anything, and be themselves around parents, with parents being the safe place for children to be themselves in the rambunctious and energetic way that children often are, with children playing, screaming, and crying freely around parents, coming apart and throwing themselves on their parents out of safety and security. Parents earn this status by revering and fearing their child as if they were God, for children are an extension of God, meaning a sign of God's wrath and authority through their vulnerable tears that cry out for their needs.

The Greek root word translated "provoke...to anger" is ερεθιζο (Latin: erethizo) and refers to a provocation to anger imposed by parents or other adults, meaning offenses against children, as defined as the slightest of personal offenses perceived by a child, including all punishment and control of children, as per the intent of the inspired pen of the Apostle Paul. Paul was rebuking Greek Christian parents for their idolatrous tradition of spanking children, with such punishment being legal under the Roman legal doctrine of patrias potestas, which the Early Christian church communities didn't recognize this legal doctrine, with Christian ordinance forbidding all forms of punishment or control in parenting, to the slightest of subtleness.

America is a Christian nation, founded on Judeo-Christian family values. The Christian tradition in the Early Christian churches and their Jewish predecessors was child worship, as the Early Christian churches were a child worshipping society, meaning the needs and benign wants of children were convicting to parents as if the child was God. To disobey the needs of children was to disobey what God needs from you. America's book is the Bible, and since the Bible lifts up a child worshipping context, American parents should worship their children as extensions of God, be convicted to their altar like they were God, and be awe-struck with reverent fear and terror by their cries and tears, totally accepting your child, coming from total submission. Parents in biblical times were struck with shaking and quaking reverent terror by their child, leading to acts of service and charity towards children.

The Bible is natural law in the United States, and children have natural rights endowed by their Creator, namely life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, with adults helping them on that pursuit by respecting their civil liberties, which requires a goal of child worship of some kind, as was the state of family affairs in the Bible. God's Law is above the law of the land, and so spanking is already banned in America, and the way to get the civil and church authorities to recognize it is to lift it up to parents, and bring out the law to convict parents of their child's civil liberties.

The depraved and entitled parents who provoke their children to anger will not inherit the Kingdom of God! Let them burn in the lake of fire and burning sulfur, which is the second death, which is Satan's final tomb! Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!
