Why spanking and corporal punishment is sin and abuse against a child

Most parents in this country abuse children, namely through corporal punishment such as spanking and whipping. Few parents understand that the good Lord has prohibited their decrepit and unlawful practice of child-battering. It is a form of parental entitlement, and we all hate that type of entitlement here at children's rights.

Entitlement leading to theft is the best way to define any abuse. Entitlement is referred to in the Tenth Commandment is πλεονέκτης (Latin: pleonektes) and refers nor only to wanting things from children, but wanting things from them to the point of imposing said wants on the child, leading to theft/abuse. Child abuse is further defined in Colossians 3:20-21 KJV:

Fathers, provoke nor your children to anger, but bring them up in the love and grace of parents.

The Greek root word translated "provoke...to anger" is denoted by the Greek root word translated ερεθιζο (Latin: erethizo) and refers to God's definition of child abuse, rooted the Eighth Commandment not to steal. Stealing, under the Law, could refer to damages, summed up by the New Testament law, in absence of the text, as the slightest of personal slights against a child, stemming from entitlement. These personal slights do include spanking and punishing a child, as a child always put in pain, and physical damages included pain to the slightest degree, such as from a pin needle.

Damages against a parent would include the 1) The child crying or frustrated and 2) Callousness from the parent, such as screaming, yelling, or striking the child. Put two and two together, and you have evidence for a crime, with the crying being the damages imposed on the child. Any harm inflicted upon the child will be judged as damages by the righteous judge, pointing out abuse of a child to God.

No state in the United States has banned spanking, and there are no federal laws against it. However, God's Law is above the law of the land, with Divine Law being the children's rights code, which is entitlement leading to theft. Stealing, in the biblical sense, isn't simply stealing an object, but damages imposed by a parent/adult towards a child, with the slightest of damages requiring judgment.

Our founding values prohibit marginalization and oppression of children. The depraved and entitled parents will BURN! Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!
