A physically handicapped woman in Wal-Mart was screaming at her screaming child at the Exeter Wal-Mart. The child was screaming, so we will add the charge of theft to the entitlement charges, meaning entitlement leading to abuse/theft.

Incident at: Wal-Mart Supercenter Exeter

Address: 5900 Perkiomen Avenue

Date: Approx. Sunday, August 29
